Mitchell Hamline Team Takes 2nd Place in Annual Health Law Regulatory and Compliance Competition

I am thrilled to share some great news! The 8th Annual Health Law Regulatory and Compliance Competition was held this past weekend at The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. This competition challenges students to navigate a complex series of health care transactions and practices that necessitate regulatory and compliance sanctions and oversight. MHSL’s team, comprised of Rachel Foss, Jane Blaney, and Michael Dixon, took 2nd place! These three exceptional students are passionate about health law and compliance and worked incredibly hard to prepare for the competition.  Please join me in congratulating Michael, Jane and Rachel for their extraordinary efforts. Also a big thank you to my co-coach, Professor Barbara Colombo, Director of the Health Care Compliance Certification Program for her help to guide and prepare the team to this fantastic outcome!   Well done team!
